These are the terms behind the tick box on the order form. They cover how an order becomes binding, how diesel is priced and measured, what your site needs to be ready for, and where each of us stands if something goes wrong.
01About These Terms
These terms govern the sale of diesel and related services by VRV Oil and Gas Private Limited, trading as VRV Fuel, of 333/301 KR Puram (V), 1250, Avanashi Road, Kovai, N.I. Road, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu – 641004, and your use of this website, vrvfuel.com. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean VRV Oil and Gas Private Limited, and “you” means the person or business placing the order.
They apply when you place an order through this site, over WhatsApp, by phone or by email. Placing an order, or accepting a delivery from us, means you accept these terms. If you have a signed supply agreement with us, that agreement prevails wherever it differs from this page.
Read these together with our Privacy Policy, which explains what we do with the details you give us.
02What We Supply
We deliver high-speed diesel (HSD) to your site from a licensed mobile petrol pump — a 6,000-litre bowser carrying fuel in two sealed 3,000-litre compartments, placarded UN 1202 and Hazchem 3Y for the road transport of diesel, and dispensing through a certified meter.
We supply diesel only. We do not deliver petrol, kerosene, lubricants or any other fuel, and we do not dispense into any vessel that is not approved for diesel. We serve Coimbatore and the surrounding area; whether we can reach a particular location depends on distance and safe vehicle access, and we will tell you before confirming an order if we cannot.
03Placing An Order
The forms on this site do not place an order by themselves. Pressing Submit Order opens a WhatsApp message addressed to us with your details filled in, which you then send — as explained in our Privacy Policy.
An order becomes binding only when we confirm it. Whatever you send us is a request. A contract is formed when we confirm the quantity, price, location and delivery slot back to you — by WhatsApp, phone or email. Until then we may decline the order or quote a different price.
- Our minimum order is 100 litres. Below that we cannot cover the cost of bringing the bowser out.
- The date you pick is a preference. The earliest slot we can promise is the next day, and we will confirm the actual day and an indicative time window.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of what you send us — the site address, the quantity, the tank it goes into and the person who will meet us.
- The person ordering must be authorised to do so on behalf of the business named on the order.
04Prices, Taxes And Charges
Diesel is priced at the rate applicable on the day of delivery, linked to the prevailing oil marketing company rate, which changes from day to day. A price we quote you is valid for that day only unless we say otherwise in writing.
A delivery or handling charge may apply depending on the quantity and the distance to your site. Any such charge is told to you when we confirm the order, never added afterwards. Prices are exclusive of GST and any other tax or levy, which is charged at the rate in force on the date of the invoice.
Nothing on this website is a price quotation or an offer to sell at a stated price. Rates discussed in an enquiry are indicative until confirmed.
05Payment
No payment is collected through this website. There is no checkout, no card entry and no payment gateway here. Payment is settled directly with us on the terms agreed when we confirm your order — on delivery, or on the credit terms we have agreed with you in writing.
If anyone asks you to pay through a link on this site, or into an account we have not confirmed to you directly, it is not us. Check with us on 96770 66611 before paying.
Where credit terms apply, invoices fall due on the agreed date. We may suspend further deliveries while an invoice is overdue, and may charge interest on overdue amounts at the rate stated in your supply agreement.
06Delivery, Access And Timings
We deliver during our working hours — Mon–Sat 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM · Sun 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM. Any time we give you is an indicative window, not a guarantee. Traffic, weather, an earlier delivery running long or a depot delay can move it, and we will tell you as soon as we know.
- Your site must allow a 6,000-litre bowser to reach the delivery point and leave safely — a firm, clear approach with adequate headroom and turning space.
- An authorised person from your side must be present to point out the tank, witness the dispensing and sign the delivery receipt.
- Dispensing is geo-fenced. Fuel is released only at the location authorised for that delivery, so tell us before we set out if the site has changed.
- If we arrive and cannot deliver for a reason on your side, waiting time and a failed delivery charge may apply.
07Quantity And Quality
Fuel is sealed from the depot to your tank and dispensed in front of you through a certified, sealed meter. The meter reading is the measure of what was delivered, and the delivery receipt records the litres, the date, the time and the totaliser reading. You will get a receipt for every delivery.
We supply diesel as received from the oil marketing company and do not alter it in any way. We are not responsible for how the fuel performs in your equipment, for contamination already present in your tank, or for the condition of the tank itself.
Raise any discrepancy in quantity or quality before the bowser leaves. The meter, the seals and the fuel can all be checked on the spot while we are there. Once the delivery is signed for and we have left the site, a quantity claim cannot be verified.
08Your Responsibilities At Site
Diesel is a hazardous good and your site is under your control. When we deliver, you must make sure that:
- There is no smoking, naked flame, hot work or other source of ignition anywhere near the delivery point while we are dispensing
- Fuel goes only into a tank or vessel approved for diesel — never into open drums, plastic cans or anything unapproved
- The tank has enough free space for the quantity ordered, and its fill point is accessible, sound and clearly identified
- The area around the delivery point is clear of people, vehicles and obstructions, and your staff follow our operator’s instructions during dispensing
- You hold whatever statutory approvals, licences and consents your own on-site storage requires, and that your installation complies with them
- You tell us in advance about any site hazard, access restriction or permit requirement we need to know about
You are responsible for any loss, damage or claim arising from your site conditions, your storage, or a failure to meet the above.
09When We Can Refuse A Delivery
Our operator may stop or refuse to complete a delivery, on the spot and without liability to you, where:
- Conditions at the site are unsafe, or the safety requirements above are not met
- The receiving tank or vessel is not approved, is unsound, or has no room for the order
- The bowser cannot reach or leave the delivery point safely, or the location is outside the geo-fence authorised for the delivery
- No authorised person from your side is present to receive the delivery
- We are asked to dispense into a vehicle, container or location we have not agreed to
- An amount you owe us is overdue
- We reasonably suspect the order is fraudulent or unlawful
We will always explain the reason. Where the delivery fails for a reason on your side, a failed delivery charge may apply.
10Cancellation And Rescheduling
You can cancel or move a confirmed order free of charge by telling us before the bowser is loaded and dispatched for your delivery. Call 96770 66611 or message us on WhatsApp — the earlier the better, because the day’s route is planned around confirmed orders.
Once the bowser has been dispatched for your delivery, a cancellation charge covering the trip may apply. Diesel that has been dispensed into your tank cannot be returned or refunded.
We may cancel or reschedule a delivery ourselves — because of a supply shortage, a vehicle or equipment problem, or an event outside our control. If we do, we will tell you as soon as we can and refund anything you have paid for that delivery.
11Our Liability
We take our safety and metering obligations seriously, and we are responsible for delivering the quantity of diesel you ordered, in the condition we received it, using licensed equipment operated by trained people.
Beyond that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — including loss of production, downtime, loss of profit, loss of contracts or damage to equipment — arising from a late, failed or cancelled delivery. Our total liability for any delivery is limited to the invoice value of that delivery.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under Indian law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
12Events Outside Our Control
We are not liable for a delay or failure caused by something outside our reasonable control — a shortage or allocation cut at the oil marketing company, a refinery or depot disruption, a strike, bandh or civil disturbance, an accident or road closure, severe weather or flooding, fire, an epidemic, or an order or restriction imposed by a government or regulatory authority. Where such an event lasts, we will deliver as soon as we reasonably can or, if you prefer, cancel the order and refund what you have paid for it.
13Using This Website
This site is here to describe our service and let you reach us. The information on it, including specifications, delivery areas and indicative rates, is given in good faith and may change without notice; it is not a contractual offer.
- The content, artwork, photographs, name, logo and livery on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse them for your own commercial purposes without our written permission.
- You may not scrape, harvest, overload, probe or interfere with the site, or use it for anything unlawful.
- We do not promise the site will always be available or error-free, and we may change or withdraw any part of it.
- The site links out to WhatsApp and embeds a map from OpenStreetMap. Those services have their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
What we do with the details you give us is set out in our Privacy Policy.
14Changes To These Terms
We may update these terms as our service, our equipment or the law changes. The version on this page is the current one, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed. The terms that apply to an order are the ones in force on the day we confirm that order, so a later change does not affect an order already confirmed.
15Governing Law And Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. Before it gets that far, please talk to us — almost everything is settled faster with a phone call than with a notice.
